HDM Performance Parts

HDM Heat Shield header wrap is 1/16" thick and 2" wide. HDM offers two version of the header wrap. The Standard version is good to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. The Professional version is good to operating temperatures of 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. The standard version is available in either white or black.

Other widths are available and make take up to two weeks to manufacture. Minimum orders may apply.

Please note as will all header wraps. Upon initial installation, the header wrap will smoke for approximately 20 minutes as it comes up to temperature for the first time.

To secure your wrap to the header, stainless steel ball lock ties can be used. The ties offered by HDM are 14" long with a tensile strength of 200lbs.
